No. 245: On Building

The past couple weeks, I’ve noticed more voices out of Silicon Valley calling out the need for the U.S. to bring manufacturing back to its shores. I’ve also seen some voices call out concept Silicon Valley getting hooked on globalization and Building Technology that is dependent on a globalized world where everyone has access you can quickly get to grow building a tool that folks can use around the world. The main calling up there so comes to mind is Jeff Lewis.

I couldn’t help but think about the foundation of things that need to happen to ensure that African markets remain resilient through this situation and come out on the other end stronger. these voices in the US calling for essentially a retreat from delegating components of the supply change all the parts of the world only going to grow. in my mind, it’s essential that African countries do whatever it takes 2 work together field supply chain that can reduce the things people continent need or I fear Africa to be in a real bad spot.
